Our first workshop for 2010 is an opportunity for you to learn an application that is fast becoming a standard part of a technical communicator's toolkit. Once InDesign was the province of designers and in large part it still is, but now, 10 years after its launch, it is being used in many technical communicator's traditional areas. If you work in the bid and tender world, you will be aware of the large chunk of time allocated to the designers to make the document more attractive. If you are able to reduce this time and cost by writing directly in InDesign, you will certainly increase your earning power. What if the designer has moved on and some last minute changes are to be made? Save time and do them yourself with confidence - after you've attended this workshop. Want to know more?
