Hi all fellow ASTC members,
A quick reminder that the AGM is this Wednesday. By now, all members should
have received an email with the instructions on how to attend. Please do make
an effort and attend. The Society can only survive if its members support it.
Also please remember that the Committee is composed of volunteers. It does not
take a lot of your time to be part of the Committee and you have the
satisfaction of knowing that you contributed to the survival of the Society -
your Society. So please nominate to be a part of the Committee.
The ASTC website has all the forms necessary to nominate and there are already
some nominations. And remember that if you cannot attend in person, you can
nominate another member as your proxy. If you are doing that, please do so
quickly so that the necessary voting links are sent.
