Well, I did get my 2 reflection papers written which was a good thing. As a matter of fact I completed 8 of the 15 things on the list so I am happy with that, I really did not expect to get that much done. In addition to the work Amanda and I celebrated our wedding anniversary on Friday which we enjoyed dinner on the riverboat and little man had a great time as well on the boat. Saturday we got up and did our weekly chores and then that evening we went to the Kerbela Shrine Circus which was great. If we had arrived earlier it would have been better, but it was still good. We arrived and it was a packed house. We first started out sitting 6 rows from the very top of the arena, to the point your knees start knocking a little and you are making very slow and deliberate moves *LOL*, these were the only seats available. We decided to get up and move because we were sitting above the acrobats and Little Man and Amanda were unable to see one of the three rings. When we moved we ended up standing till intermission. During intermission we started walking toward the restrooms and ran into my 2nd cousins who said their mom, my cousin, was sitting in one of the box seats. We could not find where she was so we went to the area where they said she was and eventually her daughter came up to me and from then on we were good to go and found my cousin. In addition to finding her we also were able to sit in the box seats with them which was nice. During intermission Little Man went down to the floor with Amanda and rode an elephant and got his picture taken holding a python that was bigger than him. Today we got up and went to church. While at the church that Amanda and I had been going to for over a year we decided to join so we are now members of the church we had been going to. This evening we took Little Man to something called Boo At The Zoo. This is a special event held every Halloween for kids to go and Trick or Treat and take part in various activities. He got to wear his Bat Man costume, get his picture taken with several characters that were there, and got quite a bit of candy. Amanda and I lucked out as well as the adults also got candy. He did not take part in the dancing that was going on at the Monster Mash, but we all rode the Haunted Carousel. The Carousel went backwards, the lights went out, and I added a little bit to Little Man's experience by telling him someone disappeared on our side of the carousel *LOL* when the lights went out. He didn't believe me though, can you imagine him not believeing every word I say *LOL*. Well, I am ready to head back to school tomorrow as much fun as it has been, it has also been a very tiring weekend. The pace of the semester should pick up after tomorrow so I may or may not be popping in for the next several weeks. If I am unable to pop in then I hope everyone has a great Halloween and a safe one, and a Happy Thanksgiving. Take care and I will be back when I can. This is not a threat, but a promise *LOL*.
