Hi gales
The reason of my problem is a long part of silence at the end of some track. I
used truncate silence to reduce. However, I don't know why doesn't it exist.

CTRL + A to Select All then CTRL + F6 into Selection Toolbar,
TAB into End or Length to hear if the project is the expected
length.
Every time you do an edit it doubles the disk space used:
