Have you tried increasing the volume of the input? I'm not sure where the hum
is coming from if you're recording from the internet. Note that that the latest
version of audicity, 1.3.12, is much more accessible than the 1.26 version
which you're using,

hur raderar jag brummen ? har det med ljudkortet att göra ? har bärbar dator
en gammal . ceemens har jaws 9 här
