Just to double-check/test, have you tried saving it somewhere else?
As in, try saving it to somewhere like c:\temp\test.aup - if you have a
folder called temp in c: drive, but, you get my drift?

Hi,
I downloaded and installed the latest version of Audacity when setting
myself up on this computer, and tonight I tried to save an Audacity
project with it for the first time since I had installed it. When I
tried to save, an error came up: "<Projectname) could not save. It is
possible <filepath> is not writable or the disc is full." I had no
problems whatsoever creating Audacity projects and saving them on my old
computer, and this is the same external drive I saved them on while
using that computer. It has over 800gb of free space left on it and this
has never happened before. This was also a clean install of Audacity,
which I hadn't tinkered with much configuration-wise. I exported the
audio from the project as an MP3 file so as not to lose it, but this is
still a problem I need to solve before I can go on my merry
project-saving way.
