Hi!
You could stop recording when you make a mistake and start recording in a new
track. That way your mistakes are at the end of each track and each following
track starts correctly. Then you just need to edit and align.

Left and right brackets seem to do the trick. Just enter in the time you want.
Or if you see the mistake tapping left bracket while listening will bump you
up to that spot.
