[askdba] Questions Regarding APACHE.exe

Hi guys,
I have a service running on my db server named
'OracleOraHome92HTTPServer" which has a process 'apache.exe' running
continuosly.
What exactly is this service doing ? and what would be the results if
I delete/stop this service permanently ?
I tried finding about this service on internet but did not get a
confirmed reply.
Pls. respond asap.
