[artworks] Missing pages when printing multiple page documents

If you print a multiple page document with "Fit lots" selected and an
appropriate scaling factor to fit 2 AW pages on a single sheet, the
printout will skip every third AW page; pages 3, 6, 9, 12 etc will not
appear.
Consistently repeatable with AW 2.82. Tested by creating a new AW A5
document, adding 6 extra pages just containing the numbers 1-7, then
printing with settings Landscape, Scale 85%, Fit lots (which should
show 2). A PDF created by printing through the PrintPDF driver
contains only pages 1&2, 4&5 and 7.
Happens with a PostScript printer and the PrintPDF driver. PDF export
doesn't appear to be affected.
