The general to the right of JFK is George C. "Buck" Turgidson. The
second-row guy in dark glasses with cigarette in left hand visible
between JFK and Turgidson is of course the expatriate German science
advisor, Dr. Fremdlieb. (He later anglicized his name in an attempt to
deemphasize some of his more dubious past political associations.)
Can't say I recognize anyone else.
