Hmmm... per the latest at the link, they're suspecting
"a large breach in the cryogenic helium system of the
second stage liquid oxygen tank"... helium pops, blows
the oxygen tank with it, tearing open the fuel tank along
the way: expanding oxygen cloud burning with whatever fuel
it entrained, remaining upper-stage fuel on fire and spilling
down the side of the remaining airframe structure?
Seems consistent with the visual sequence...
