It's pressurized with helium...

Helium saturated with kerosene vapor. Not that the vapor pressure of kerosene is very high, but there's some vapor in there, especially since there will have been a certain amount of sloshing of residual fuel during all the maneuvering. (Big-rocket pressurization systems generally try to encourage pressurant to stratify, reducing the amount of propellant vapor in it, but the sloshing will probably have largely nullified that.)
