Most important things are:
- No greases or hydrocarbons present anywhere (this includes grease from
your hands, always wear gloves) as it will detonate on contact with LOX at
elevated pressures
- No small particles, especially metal ones, as if they get swept along in
a high velocity LOX fluid stream and then hit the wall of the pipe they can
generate enough energy to ignite the pipe if it's made of stainless
So bearing those in mind you need a lot of gloves, bags for putting clean
things into, degreaser, deionised water and an ultrasonic bath or two if
you can get them.
