[ARMini-support] VNC addendum

Made a little further progress with this, though success not yet
achieved.
1. There is a window that says 'connection successful' along its
bottom edge (it was concealed by the window asking for the password).
2. It has worked once, with a black-and-white window, which would be
perfectly usable for turning the RPC off. Subsequent attempts go back
to the original black window.
3. VNC doesn't always work between the RPC and the Win7 machine - this
needs further investigation by me.
