We can supply (more-or-less) all IT-related items, and if no support is
required, simply request a "box shift" service and we'll usually be pretty
competative with online vendors. If you intend to use an item on RISC OS,
we'd normally expect to support it, which may incur a small extra fee to
cover support or testing. For example, with a larger USB drive, we'd
normally format it appropriately here. But again, box shift service is
also available.
In some cases, we may encourage purchase direct if that will be
advantageous to you (eg. from a non-VAT vendor).
Overall, however, it simply ensures that we can suggest the solutions
which will work best for customers, and avoid any "square peg, round hole"
type problems.
(I was dealing with one such on Fri/Sat, and it required mind-numbing
mental gymnastics to figure out solutions all stemming from a bad original
purchase decision/recommendation).
