[argyllcms] [patch] ColorHug now has it's own USB vendor ID

Hi all,
ColorHug has been using an allocated product ID from Microchip Inc,
but this is only valid for a couple of thousand devices. I've
purchased a vendor ID from the USB consortium for Hughski Limited and
thus long term the USB VID and PID will change. I'm not going to do
this for some time, as I want all the userspace stuff to be already
patched for the new values before I release new firmware.
I've attached a patch so that ArgyllCMS supports both the old and new
IDs. Please review. I'm happy to contribute this as BSD if any
attribution is required.
