What do you suggest for an instrument for printer profiling?

I think I can get the Linux Foundation a.k.a. OpenPrinting to buy me
one for profiling color laser printers.

I have wriitten drivers for HP Color LaserJet 1600/2600 and CP1215,
KonicaMinolta 2300DL/2430DL/2530DL, Samsung CLP-300/315/600/610, Xerox
6110, etc. but I have bought the profiles since I don't have an
instrument..

Price for a new instrument, not used...  e.g. no eBay!
