[argyllcms] Photoshop CS4/CS5 believes colprof XYZ LUT profiles are 'defective'

When I say use anyway, it seems to be OK, but something must be a bit off if
Photoshop is balking at it.
Is anybody else seeing this with XYZ monitor profiles generated by colprof?
I've attached my ti3 chart measurements.
The icm profile was generated with:
colprof -v -qh -aX GDM-F520_2011-01-14
