Hi,

No, sorry, I'm very happy with Jam, as it works very much as I want
a build system to work, and is very suitable as a cross platform build
system. If someone wants to maintain a parallel build system, then
I'm not going to stop them, but nor am I going to use it or maintain it.

I don't expect any major changes in the near future (12 months or more),
just bug fixes, minor feature additions and (as they arise), new instrument
support. It's possible I may switch usb access libraries some time in the
future, since I'm not happy with the direction that libusb is heading,
but when or if that will happen is uncertain.

Cheers,
        Graeme Gill.
