I find one thing intressting: I needed to install the patch on my machine
for Mac OSX and Win 64 Bit.
Without the patch for agryllcms both OS only delivered sRGB gamut.

Sorry. I have no clue...
But it seems the patch solved the problem on both OS.
So it is not just a problem with MSWin and the catalyst control center
driver (under MSWin) as I also had the same symptoms on Mac OSX 10.8
