[aravis] Port to GStreamer 1.0 and GTK 3.0

Hi,

I just want to let you know that current aravis master branch is ported
to GStreamer 1.0 (plugin and viewer) and Gtk 3.0 (viewer), thanks to
Michael Pruett.

As some user may be locked on platform with only GStreamer 0.10, I've
just restored the 0.10 plugin, so it's now possible to compile both
versions.

I'm planning to do a release in the next weeks.
