 Friend has one, likes it.  Small screen, small in general, no floppy drive
AFAIK.  The reason they are cheap is it uses less than current hardware. 
After looking at Asus sooner buy a used laptop with equivalent or better
performance.  For a hundred or 2 more on new you get much more unless you
love 9" screens.
