[apparatus-templi] Directory Structure

Sorry for the late email, but I was up working on the project. I am not
sure if this was unintentional or by mistake, but I was curious about the
directory structure of the source code. For Instance, each directory has
its own org folder and then another apparatus-templi, so I have to navigate
from apparatus-temple -> Coordinator -> org -> apparatus-templi. I just
didn't know if this was by accident or intentional.
