It’s with heavy heart that I have to report that our friend, Karla (Garnuch)
Fischer, passed away last night (November 7, 2017) after a lengthy illness.
Karla’s 42-year career (1964-2006) at JSC was primarily spent in the Flight
Operations/Mission Operations organizations as well as secretary to the JSC
Deputy Director. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
We will distribute information about the funeral arrangements as soon as they
are available.
