The Apollo Flight Operations email list has migrated to an email delivery
service, to communicate with former Apollo Flight Operations team members. For
many years, Maureen Bowen sent emails from her personal email account to Apollo
Flight Ops team with announcements of annual Apollo get-togethers, events of
interest, and timely notices of a team member’s death. Unfortunately, anti-SPAM
restrictions have made this method of communication a tedious, time-consuming
task unsuited for our purpose. Freelists.org was chosen because it has a track
record of successfully managing large email lists for several JSC groups,
including the NASA Alumni League - JSC Chapter. Please add
ApolloFlightOps@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to your address book.
To protect everyone’s privacy, this Apollo Flight Ops email list is not shared
and your email address is not exposed to others. Also, this is for one-way
communication to the Apollo Flight Ops team. Currently, only Bill Moon at
billmoon1942@xxxxxxxxx and Denny Holt at dennyholt67@xxxxxxxxx can send email
to the list. That means that you can’t “Send” an email to the list, nor can you
“Reply” or “Reply All” to an email.
