[angelscript] AngelScript 1.6.1b released

Dear subscribers,
I just released yet another bug fix for AngelScript. Declaring multiple
global variables in the same statement should now work as normal.
I also decided to add the tokens '&&', '||', and '!' as aliases to 'and',
'or', and 'not' since people asked for it.
You'll find the new version in its usual place.
