Dear Mutants,
All Participants from in and around Osnabrück are invited to join
our installation meeting.
{{ what we do }}
We will install Mathematica on our Notebooks
{time and place}
The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow (thursday) 16:15 in the B10 computer
lab (Kreishaus)
Sunita Harris from Wolfram Research will assist the installation process
in real time :-)
{linux users}
All linux users are expected to come, otherwise you may not be able to run
Mathematica on your computer before next Monday!
Sunita needs to generate a special key to make the software run on your
machines. As far as I can see there is only one more internatinal linux
user, namely Joana, but I already made sure that you will be able to use
Mathematica during the weekend :-)
{ windows and mac users }
If you want to play with Mathematica and the NKs explorer kit prior to the
Workshop, bring your notebook along and join the installation party!
{hardware issues}
you need to bring the notebook including networkcard(!) that you will use
at the workshop, the Mathematica-Key is generated based on your hardware,
thus the software will fail to work on any other machine!
