This next Sunday Craig will operate the projector for the episode entitled,
'Politeness and enthusiasm.' This segment examines the effects of reason
and logic on Christian thinking in 18th century Europe. The film also
reviews the background of modern revivalism--the result of bringing the
scriptures from behind closed doors of aristocratic churches to the ordinary
people.
Because the projector is unpredictable, please proceed to discuss the recent
film, 'In search of tolerance' if necessary, and we will get back on
schedule the following week.
