[amc] mini ranch near Austin? (weird request)

Dear all,
There's someone our department at the university would like to hire. One of
the challenges is that they currently have a horse and animals. So we need to
convince them that Austin would be a good place for a small ranch-ette by
showing them a couple places near town where people keep a horse or some
animals and such.
So my question is: Do you know anyone with a little land near Austin who
wouldn't mind showing it to some visitors in a couple weeks?
