Craig,

The first Friday in February 2018 is February 2, so I don't think that's
it. It could be the first Friday in July 2017 which is July 7. I noticed
that April 7, 2017 is a first Friday. I think that may be what was meant. I
am sure Michael will offer a brief on what he intended or did not intend.
It all hinges on his intent. :-)
