Dear Friends,
As part of the service committment the Church has made we serve dinner to
homeless residents of the Front Steps on the first Friday of every month.
The time commitment is very small, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The work is very easy, serving food cafeteria style . . . no preparation,
no dishes, and a nice group of cooks and others enjoying the time.
This Friday is AMC's evening to serve. We still need three people who would
like to help. If you have never done this before I hope to will give it a
try - it is a nice way to be of direct service to some very decent people.
