After 2 years at this I have decided to get more professional; make a job
ticket or work order for each job, AND get a signature before spending time and
money on it. Does anyone out there care to share their form? I don't want to
leave out any crucial information. I would like to have it on Microsoft Word so
I can email it to customers for signatures and then have them fax it back, or
snail mail. I would be very grateful for the help.
