My XT is not trimming, the stepper motor makes a loud sound. The cables work
freely. I would think that just the motor is bad, except when I move the
selector out in the stepper menu, the cutter motor moves a little, moving the
cutter out about 1/4". The cutter will go back in after 1st moving it out and
then in. Any ideas?
