I decided to change the topic about the pinch rollers. There is a new pinch
roller, referred to as "overmolded" as opposed to "textured". I asked the
salesman at MelcoMart and my tech, and neither knew about them. I think I'm
going to order the upgrade kit, which replaces the pinch rollers only, for both
of my machines. I'll let everyone know what I find out.
