As Roland mentioned, the only way to "see" the movement of the presser foot
while adjusting it is to go into "Maintanance" , " Head Timing", and click on
"Bottom Center". This puts the presser foot cam in the right position for the
presser foot cam follower to then be adjusted for height.
If there is no movement after performing the above sequence, then the presser
foot cam follower may possibly be broken and a tech call would be in order.....
