If your needle is that far out of alignment with the needleplate hole, the
needlecase needs to be recalibrated.
The design may be corrupted and needs to be deleted out of the jobs folder.
the software may need to have a clean uninstall and then reinstalled.
But....needlecase first, it needs recalibrated.
