Remember, even though the hoop may not match the frame setting, as long as
you trace and the design falls completely within the hoop, you're good to go.
Patches are really very easy (buy a couple of extra for practice). The other
thing you could do is use the sticky paper with a regular frame or even use
regular backing and spray adhesive (this is probably the least favorable as
sometimes the spray adhesive isn't as sticky. You can use wax paper under
everything to keep your needle from gumming up too much and periodically wipe
down
your needle (I use orange spray on a cotton swab). Call me if you have any

Honestly I don't have the time to learn something else new
right now-I have fast frames, but haven't set them up yet. The instructions
are confusing and don't seem to match the frame sizes, so they're on a shelf
until I can make time to figure them out.
