You can contact stadri emblems. www.stadriemlems.com. They are in New York 
(800) 679-7909. They also sell blank patches. I picked up their information as 
a 
trade show. A 3.5" patch with 70% coverage at 200 pieces is $1.12. They also 
do custom emblems (like a die cut). Turn-around time is 3 to 4 weeks (They do 
have a Super Rush Service).
