If you think it is the material, what kind of shirt are you embroidering on? It
looks like you uploaded the same picture twice. I can not tell where the
outline isn't correct but I did notice the trimmers are not turned on or not
trimming properly, I would make sure the machine is trimming to start with,
that might be pulling the material some.
