No no...
Not the bottom of the sleeve..  The center of the sleeve.  Halfway between the 
pit and shoulder seem.  This will be consistent on every human.  Just stick 
your arm all the way out and look in a mirror.  Center of your arm lines up 
with your chest.
Of course remember, this is a starting point.  Next consider the garment.  For 
example, if the collar is too big, it might cover part of this area.  You might 
need to move the logo or make it smaller.  Or maybe not even do the job on this 
shirt from the '70s.
