Why is it that people want custom decorated apparel and they want it cheaper
than what they can buy a T-Shirt for at the store???
Because people can't argue with people over seas who work for dimes and they
expect us to give it away and wonder why we are out of business the next year.
They want special stuff for nothing I have found if you have a price book and
say this is final they argue less than trying to explain it.
I have found those that argue with you will not be back next time even if you
give it away. They just move to the next person who will do it for nothing.
Just give a price and if they return then maybe give them an extra shirt or hat
for loyalty.
People who argue with you in the long run cost you more than they are worth.
