If you are using the type in Design Shop, under your 'typing window' is a set
of arrows, select the <-> (one that looks like this or close to it) and it will
do it automatically.
If you are making a custom 'logo' that is a script but not a font, then after
you get all your 'letters' done (they are actually artwork, not in a font) and
in the stitch tree (list) move them up or down to get the center-out line up.
