With a hoop of that size, are you making sure that the design is digitized so
that it sews from the center out to one side and then returns to the center and
sews out in the other direction?
With a large hoop, if you start sewing from one side to another, the fabric
will have a tendency to move on you. Sometimes this can be handled more
appropriately with spray adhesive or even well placed underlay stitches in the
design.
