You may need to check your network bindings. Go to Control Panel, Network
Connections, choose your 10/100 ethernet card, properties, uncheck all the
boxes in "this connection uses the following items". Then go to configure
"Speed & Duplex" should be set to 10Mbs Half Duplex, then go to Power
Management and verify that the ethernet card is not set to conserve power.
