looks like you have to call and get an access code for the wholesale side of

I have been asked to submit a quote to the local police department for arm
patches. They will be needing a hundred or more as it is a new design. I
half-way digitized it just to determine the stitch count, eventhough I don't
have the job yet(good practice I guess). Anyone do this or know someone to
contact? They will need the sticky backing and satin edge.
