Can someone in the technical field explain why this happens so often to this
machine? Can it be prevented? This post appears almost once a month or
more often. Shouldn't MELCO address the problem and attempt to resolve it
as opposed to just a quick remedial fix only to have it happen again?

I'm stitching a basic design and every letter I'm getting Z axis time out
error with thread breaks. I shut the machine down, reset the design and
still getting error.
