Windows XP up to supports 4gb of memory but it depends on the motherboard
configuration so it may be limited to only 3gb of memory. If you have 2gb in it
now, that should be plenty to run DesignShop.
You might want to try uninstalling (then reboot the computer) and reinstalling
DesignShop to see if that helps.
