[amayausers.com] Tax Valuation of Old Amaya Machine?

I'm hoping someone else has already overcome this issue...
I have just received a tax bill for the Property Tax on an old 2003 Amaya,
and I am wondering how I go about proving it isn't worth $15,000 (short of
letting them run it for awhile!). Where do I find the proper valuation and
what do I submit for proof?
