Just called Hugo - he returned my call in less than 15 minutes. Being a tech,
phone is definately the best way to get hold of him - you can email but when
you're on the road and working on machines, time is at a premium.
Anyway, I've never had a problem with him contacting me back as Steve mentioned
and highly recommend him in the MD/DC/VA/WVA/PA area for tech work.
