Sounds like a backing/hooping problem to me...remember backing is not just to support the embroidery process, but to support the embroidery afterwards as well AND if the jacket was hooped too tightly it will try to go back to its at rest size, thus puckering the embroidery. I'm not sure how fixable this will be. Anyone else have an idea?
